Bright House Networks enhanced Road Runner Mail 4.0 platform gives customers:

What are the Road Runner improvements in storage and capacity?
Bright House Networks Road Runner customers now have more Webmail storage space: Lite customers will have 100 MB of storage; Standard package customers will have 2 GB of storage; and Premium package customers will have 5 GB of storage. Bright House Networks Standard customers now have 10 available mailboxes, and Premium customers have 25 mailboxes available to them, versus five previously.

The new Mail 4.0 Inbox gives customers:
- virus filtering and identification of approximately 50,000 known viruses for inbound and outbound emails
- SPAM protection with the ability to report SPAM and filter junk mail
- parental controls that block specific senders and/or domains from sending emails to your children
- privacy controls that allow you to block images while viewing HTML messages
- the ability to easily trap and eliminate junk emails
- control over the destination of unwanted messages
- message filtering that gives you more control over inbound emails

Road Runner 4.0 gives customers:
- a full feature address book
- the ability to toggle Read/Unread emails
- email return receipts to track undelivered emails
- junk mail handling to easily trap and eliminate junk emails
