How To Submit Your Videos

Before sending your videos, please print, read and sign the Release Form (PDF). Include the release form with your video and send both to the address below, or drop them off at any Bright House Networks Office.
We accept both DVD and MiniDV. Tapes/DVDs will not be returned.
